WIFI wep key

I am a webworld customer, but i am trying to use the WIFI. i use the wep key that is on the bottom of my router i done it all in case sesitive but keeps saying failed for some reason

Applogies for the delay in responding to your post. There seems to be a bug in our forums and we didn't get notified about your new post. We are checking this out now. Have you got the login details for the router? If so you could login and check the settings. I'd also recommend you test the Wifi is working by using an iphone if you have or can get your hands on one.
