Access Email

Hi guys

I have recently purchased 2 domain names

I would like to setup or access email online so that I can send some emails "from" user@mydomain.com etc...

When I try to access email via the HELM login, I dont know my login details for this (I never received anything via Email about this)

Maybe I cannot access this unless I also use webworld to host my websites?

Also some topics in the Knowledgebase will not load.... when I click on them nothing happens.. tested in both IE and FF

Any advise would be greatly apprecaited

Could you confirm your domain name? You can retrieve your login details here : http://controlpanel.webworld.ie/ForgotPassword.aspx

This should work again now, we recently upgraded our accounts control panel and it seems this caused a problem with the knowledgebase. We have since fixed this.
