What Linux monitoring tool would you recommend for Linux servers? Specifically Centos 5 as the Operating System?? Main requirement is that its not too complicated to install :?

Hi Firma,

What are you looking to monitor exactly? If you are looking for a monitoring service I'd recommend www.pingdom.com or www.alertra.com.
Thanks

Bandwidth more than anything. I've done it on Windows hosting but never on Linux.

Hi Firma,

If you setup SNMP and email the public string to tech@webworld.ie we'll setup MRTG bandwidth graphs for you. More information on MRTG is here : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MRTG
Thanks
