Hi Fitzer,

There are lots of things that can cause this message. If you are using Norton please follow these steps :

If not, then please copy the full error message from Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook into a post and we'll try to resolve. We need the full error message so we can see the error number.

It can also be nice to not have to download a 2 GB patch twice a week, and then another patch to fix the first patches. I have not seen a single patch without someone write my assignment bugs and performance issues. Wish Epic could focus more on the performance than to add updates nobody really wants all the time.
