Hi Peter,

I see your site is on a Windows server. This is a common problem with OsCommernce. By default ISUR permission is disabled on all our Windows accounts so this error message is misleading. To fix this problem you need to do the following:

1) Open:
includes/application_top.php

2) Look for:
define('WARN_CONFIG_WRITEABLE', 'true');

3) Chant it to:
define('WARN_CONFIG_WRITEABLE', 'false');

Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks
